Like all the gods of ancient Greece, she could be jealous and quick to anger, and her wrath could have terrifying consequences. But as powerful as her wrath was, it was equally matched by her courage and loyalty. She fiercely protected all those within her domain, demanding respect for nature and animals, and acting as the guardian of her priestesses and young children.
